Thai Seed Trade Association congratulates Mr. Wichai Laocharoenpornkul of East-West Seeds as he starts his term as the new President of the Asia and Pacific Seed Alliance (APSA).
“On behalf of THASTA, we wish Khun Wichai all the best, knowing that his leadership will only steer APSA to greater achievements,” Thasta President Dr. Chairerg Sagwansupyakorn said as he sent his congratulations.
Khun Wichai, who is also an Executive Committee member of THASTA, formally took over the presidency of APSA during the organization’s Annual General Assembly held on 26 November. Mr. Vinich Chuanchai, who represented Thasta at the AGM as its Senior Adviser, also sent his congratulatory greetings to Khun Wichai.

ดร.ชัยฤกษ์ สงวนทรัพยากร นายกสมาคมฯ ได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีและกล่าวในนามของสมาคมฯขออวยพรให้คุณวิชัยประสบความสำเร็จในการบริหารและจัดการองค์กร ด้วยความเพียบพร้อมทั้งความรู้และความสามารถ จะสามารถนำพาให้ APSA ประสบความสำเร็จยิ่งๆขึ้นไป ทั้งนี้คุณวินิจ ชวนใช้ ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของสมาคมฯในการประชุมสามัญประจำปี APSA ได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับคุณวิชัยในการประชุมครั้งนี้ด้วย
